New one to the left.
Seems to be an issue with confusing "Car Pool " lanes?, but I dont feel people will not car pool on the small shoulders...

Assuming the road actually has a designated bike lane, the sign should read "Bike Lane," not "Bike Route."
The diamond was eliminated from the bike lane sign standard because some people thought it meant two-way traffic (wrong-way riding is a big enough problem as it is!) not because it was confused with carpool lanes.
